Overnight chia oats

Happy 4th of July to all my American followers!

I wanted to share one of my favourite breakfast or snack recipes because it is super easy to make and great for those of you who are busy and trying to keep a healthy lifestyle (so.. Pretty much all of us 🙂 ).  If you’ve never ventured in to the world of overnight oats, you prepare the jar in the morning and your breakfast is all ready for you when you wake up in the morning and are rushing out the door. There are so many variations to overnight oats, even within my recipe. However, I can confidently say that I feel as though I have mastered my oats. They come out sweet (without any added sugar), flavourful and with the perfect ratio of liquid to oats. If you prefer your oats more saturated, you can always add more milk.
